What is Kisspeptin-10?

Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic decapeptide fragment of the endogenous kisspeptin protein, a key regulator of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG) axis via activation of the GPR54/KISS1R receptor. Widely used in laboratory research to study gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) signaling, reproductive endocrinology, and neuroendocrine control mechanisms.
